Payment may be made with personal checks, money orders, PayPal * or Google Checkout and should be made within 10 days of purchase. Items are sent within 48 hours after receiving payment. Insurance is optional, but recommended. I will be happy to combine purchased items to save you on shipping costs - just let me know that you have multiple items, and I will advise you of the shipping charges.
NOTE: Always check with me on your shipping charges. The charges that are shown with an item are the worst case scenario. or the most the shipping will be - I live on the West Coast and you live on the East Coast, for example. I will always check the postage you pay and check that against the actual to make refunds to you when necessary. OR you can always check what your shipping will be in advance by emailing me at c.duke2@verizon.net
For jewelry, shipping is a flat fee of $2.00 for the first jewelry item and $0.50 for each additional jewelry item. For combined packages of jewelry and other non-jewelry items, shipping is based on total weight of the package. Breakable items are packed using bubble wrap and packing peanuts making your package lighter in weight and safer from breakage.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTE: I am willing and happy to sell to International buyers, but only if payment can be made in US Dollars through PayPal. Email me for shipping rates to your country.
RETURN POLICY: Almost everything I sell has been previously owned and therefore is sold on an “AS IS” basis. I will always try to describe the item as accurately as possible telling you of any defects that I see. However, if you are not satisfied with the item and feel you need to return it, please contact me first before sending back so that we can work out the details. Returns should be initiated within three days of receiving item. For items returned, buyer will be reimbursed cost of item. Shipping charges, insurance, and return shipping charges are not refunded unless I have misrepresented the item.
